Facilities management, maintenance and compliance
We can provide a single service, from cleaning and ventilation hygiene to fire damper testing, maintenance and fire and flood restoration, or a combined package, with one point of contact and consistent reporting across your sites.
Cleaning of the external building envelope and other high-level areas, carried out from the ground or by suitable access equipment. Available as one-off cleans or on a planned schedule, with the access method agreed at the site survey.

Cleaning of kitchen extract canopies, filters, ductwork and fans to BESA TR19 Grease, with the interval set by how heavily the kitchen is used: every 3 months for heavy use, 6 for moderate and 12 for light.

Statutory inspection and testing
Some building systems must be examined or tested at set intervals under health and safety law or British Standards. We schedule the work, carry it out and keep your records up to date.

BS 9999 recommends fire dampers are tested on installation and at least once a year, and more often in dusty environments.
